The problem
Where the evenings go
hours a week the average small-business owner spends on admin.
of calls to home-services companies never reach a person.
of businesses have invoices more than 30 days overdue.
It's not a people problem. It's a paperwork problem, and paperwork can be automated.

What we do
Three things, in plain English.
We take the admin off your plate, show you where your margin is made and lost, and get real value out of the software you already pay for.
Automate
Missed calls get a text back in seconds. Quotes go out the same day. Invoices send themselves and reminders chase late payers. Reviews get requested, crews get their paperwork, and nothing is re-typed.
Analyze
A careful look at your numbers: job costing, pricing, menu margins, labor against sales, which customers are profitable, and when cash actually lands. You get plain-English findings and a Monday-morning scorecard, not a spreadsheet to decode.
Optimize what you have
Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, Toast, Square, Google: we start with what you already own and make it do the work. Only then do we talk about filling gaps, and anything new is licensed in your name.
How we work
Listen first. Promise second.
There are a dozen ways to solve any back-office problem. The right one depends on your business, your people and your software. So the first meeting is for listening, and the recommendation comes after the homework.
"We're realistic, we're thorough, and we don't over-promise. We just deliver."
- In the first meeting we listen. No proposals, no sales pitch. Questions and notes.
- We research before we recommend. You get options we've tested, not ideas from the top of our head.
- We start with your existing systems. New software is the last resort, not the first.
- You own every account and license. If we part ways, everything keeps running and you keep the keys.
- Nothing touches money without your approval. Payments, payroll and anything a customer sees get a human step.
- We promise only what we can deliver. Fixed scope, written down, no surprises.
How it works
Five steps. You always know what happens next.
Listening meeting
Twenty minutes, on your turf. What eats your evenings, who answers the phone when you're on a job, when you last knew your real margin.
Assessment
We look at how the work actually flows, pull real numbers from your systems, and map where time and money leak. You get a written path forward with options.
Build
We set up the fixes inside your own accounts and run them beside the old way until you've signed off that they work.
Train
You and your staff, in person, with a one-page guide and a short video for every workflow. We fix anything that breaks in the first weeks.
Ongoing care
Optional. We watch for failures, make changes as the business changes, and keep improving the numbers with you.
Who we help

Five to fifty people, where the owner or one office person still does the admin by hand.

Proof of work
If we can read a county budget, we can read your P&L.
Analysis is half of what we do. Here is what it looks like.
Florida's 67 counties, by the numbers
An independent, neutral analysis of every Florida county's budget, built from public records: where the money comes from, where it goes, what it costs per resident, and how each county compares to its peers.
0 of 67 counties published.

Questions owners ask
Straight answers.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. Most of the businesses we work with already pay for tools that can do far more than they're being asked to do. We start there. If there is a real gap, we'll show you the options, the monthly cost, and why, and the subscription goes in your name.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Every account, login, subscription and configured workflow belongs to your business. We keep our templates and methods; you keep everything that runs your company.
Is my data safe?
Your data is used only for your engagement, stays in your own accounts, and is never used to train anything. Anything that touches money or that a customer sees gets a human approval step.
Do you work with Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, Toast, Square?
Yes, and most of the other tools small businesses in Florida run on. Some connect easily, some only share reports. Part of the assessment is finding out what your tools will and won't do, before anyone promises anything.
How long does it take?
The listening meeting is twenty minutes. The assessment takes about a week. Builds run from two to six weeks depending on what we're fixing, and nothing goes live until it has run beside the old way and you've signed off.
What does it cost?
It depends on what we find, which is why we don't publish prices. After the assessment you get a fixed quote for a fixed scope, with any software costs listed separately at cost. No hourly surprises, no markup.
